Enhanced Benefits, LLC was formed to fill the needs of the small and medium sized business. Our mission is to find the best services and products available to help small business owner's succeed. There are many ways to accomplish the various business tasks at hand and we're here to research and provide solutions for you. In this modern era we have learned that a happy employee needs more than just a paycheck.
Dennis has been in the insurance industry for over 14 years. After graduating from Southern Illinois University, IL, he went to work with a privately owned manufacturing company representing them across the Midwest. This is where he developed his love of working with the small business owner.
After navigating through 3 corporate mergers and missing the small business world, he joined a good friend and spent 7 years in the automotive repair industry working with individuals and small businesses This is where he learned the ups and downs that a small business owner faces every day.
He left there to pursue a love of helping employees and believes that voluntary benefits should be an enhancement to your overall benefit offering without being a hassle to you or your employees.
He is married to a wonderful woman and enjoys spending time with her and his two step daughters and their 2 dogs. He enjoys watching NHL Hockey and both college and pro football.

Bob has been involved in transportation for over 40 years. Over that time span he has managed and owned companies at all levels. Currently, based on his domestic and international experience he is still selectively active in consulting and other transportation related projects.
Enhanced Benefits, LLC allows him to utilize the years of employee relations into company and employee benefit programs.
He resides on the New Jersey shore with his wife, Terri, for over 32 years.
